Shipping policy

Free US shipping

Shipping is free on every order to addresses in the United States. At this time we only ship within the US. Digital Downloads are delivered by email and are available anywhere.

How long it takes

1. Proof: we email your digital proof within 24 hours of your order. Your order goes into production after you approve it.
2. Production: our US print partner usually prints and packs your canvas in 2–5 business days after approval.
3. Transit: your package then ships from the US by USPS, UPS, or another carrier. Delivery usually takes a few more business days, depending on where you are.

Most portraits arrive about 7–12 business days after you approve your proof. These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons like the winter holidays and carrier delays can add time. We'll post holiday order deadlines on our site ahead of each season.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it any time before your order goes into production. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll re-ship it once you confirm the right address. A re-shipping fee may apply.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us at hello@velvetruff.com within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). We'll make it right with a free reprint or a refund. See our refund policy for details.
