1. Upload your photo
Choose your size and add a photo of your pet when you order. The best photos are sharp, well lit, and show your pet's face clearly from the front. Not sure about your photo? Read our Photo Guide. If a photo won't give a good result, we'll let you know before we make anything and ask for another.
2. Pick your style
- Renaissance Noble: a dark velvet doublet, a white lace ruff, and the warm glow of an old-master oil painting.
- Royal: a jeweled crown, a crimson cape trimmed in ermine, and a gilded throne.
- Watercolor: soft, hand-painted washes on white paper. Light and elegant.
- 3D Cartoon: a cheerful animated-movie character with big, bright eyes.
3. Approve your preview
Within 24 hours we'll email you a digital proof. Your portrait is created with AI image tools and checked by a real person against your photo. Reply to approve it or tell us what to change, like an eye color, a marking, or the background. Revisions are free, and nothing is printed until you approve.
4. We print and ship it, free in the US
After you approve, our US print partner prints your portrait on canvas, usually in 2–5 business days, then ships it with tracking. Most portraits arrive about 7–12 business days after approval. Choose the Digital Download and your high-resolution file arrives by email instead.
Our promise
Love it or we redo it, before anything is printed. If your canvas arrives damaged or with a print defect, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it free or refund you.
