What you'll receive
If you choose to opt in, Velvet Ruff will send text messages about your orders and support requests only, such as:
- Order updates, for example when your portrait preview is ready for your approval
- Shipping updates, such as when your order ships and its tracking details
- Replies to questions you send us
We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
How to opt in
You can opt in by checking the optional SMS box on our site and entering your mobile number. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can place an order or contact us without opting in.

Message frequency varies, based on your orders and support requests. Msg & data rates may apply.
Help and opting out
Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. After you text STOP, we'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed and won't text you again unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by emailing us.
